All data, including Whale Consensus scores, Smart Money tracking, win rates, and P&L statistics, are the result of algorithmic processing of public information and should not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any position.

3. Not a Bookmaker

OrcaLayer is not a bookmaker, exchange, or trading platform. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or execute trades on behalf of users. We are an analytics and data visualization tool only. All trading activity occurs on third-party platforms such as Polymarket.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, OrcaLayer relies on external data sources including the Polygon blockchain, Polymarket APIs, and other third-party services. We cannot guarantee:

• Real-time accuracy of displayed data
• Completeness of trade history or wallet statistics
• Correctness of market resolution outcomes
• Uninterrupted availability of external data feeds

OrcaLayer is not responsible for delays in data updates from source APIs or errors in official market resolution rules on Polymarket.

Our "Smart Money" and "Whale" classifications are based on historical trading performance metrics and algorithmic analysis. These labels:

6. No Custody of Assets

OrcaLayer never requests or stores private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. We do not require wallet connection to view analytics. All data is read directly from the public Polygon blockchain. If any website claiming to be OrcaLayer asks for your private keys, it is a scam.
