OrcaLayer respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Nature of Our Content
OrcaLayer displays publicly available blockchain data from the Polygon network. Market titles and descriptions originate from Polymarket and are displayed for informational purposes only. We do not host user-generated content.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on our platform
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the same elements as a takedown notice, plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction.
6. Repeat Infringers
OrcaLayer will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
